I studied at Bath Spa University and Italia Conti Academy of Dramatic Arts then went onto work as a professional performer for nearly 10 years. Throughout my performing career I often found myself watching fellow cast mates and getting excited about what other casting brackets they could fall under which is where the seed of interest in becoming an agent started.
This seed developed into reality when I was fortunate enough to work at a top London musical theatre agency where I was able to learn the ropes from the Head Agent. Drawing on all this experience has allowed me to found Share Talent Management and make it a full time venture.
I wanted to create a space where artists feel empowered to be their true authentic selves and thrive so I created the three company values - collaboration, individuality, and communication which aren’t just buzzwords or corporate jargon but values to truly live by and strive to uphold every day.
Share Talent Management has been, and still is my labour of love and fills me with excitement and motivation every day. I believe that honest connections and communication is the true recipe to success.

Hello everyone, my name is Scott, and I'll be assisting my close friend Sam with Share Talent Management.
After spending a lot of years working in sales and administration for different industries, I realised that entertainment was the area I thrived. From performing and writing, to producing and networking, I fell in love with it all.
I graduated with a 1st class BA Honours Degree in Musical Theatre, from University Centre Weston (UCW). Shortly after graduating, I was offered a dream job with Disney in Paris as a performer in their stage productions of Mickey & the Magician, and The Lion King. Between contracts for Disney, I’ve been back on English soil to perform as the Dame in Newbury’s annual Pantomime. When not performing, I regularly host performing and professional practice workshops within universities, helping the students navigate their way to becoming a professional performer.
My advice for anyone starting in the industry, is to not try and be someone or something you’re not. Be the best version of yourself, be uniquely you, and be prepared for everything that this industry could possibly throw at you.
